Who we are

Global Wellbeing Group LLC ("Global Wellbeing Group", "GWG", "we", "our", or "us") is the independent data controller for the personal data collected through this assessment. While your employer may sponsor access to the assessment, GWG determines the purposes and means of processing your assessment data and is responsible for protecting it.

Data Controller

Global Wellbeing Group LLC A Delaware limited liability company 625 Monroe St. NE Apt 455 Washington DC 20017 Email: privacy@globalwellbeinggroup.com

What we collect

Your name and email address; assessment responses; written comments; assessment scores generated from your responses; and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the platform.

Why we process your data

To provide your personal assessment results, maintain your account, generate de-identified organisational reporting, improve the assessment methodology, develop benchmarking datasets, conduct longitudinal wellbeing research, improve our products and services, and maintain platform security.

Legal basis

Where required under UK GDPR or EU GDPR, we rely on your consent. Where responses include wellbeing or health-related information that constitutes special category personal data, we rely on your explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Automated scoring

Assessment scores are generated automatically using our assessment methodology. No solely automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.

Who can access your data

You may access your own assessment results at any time. Authorized GWG personnel may access individual responses when reasonably necessary to provide the assessment, improve services, conduct research, maintain the platform, or provide support. Employers receive only aggregated, de-identified reporting.

How long we keep your data

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active and as long as reasonably necessary to provide the assessment, maintain historical results, improve our methodology, conduct longitudinal wellbeing research, develop benchmarking insights, and improve our services. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data unless legally required to retain certain information. De-identified and anonymised information may be retained indefinitely for research, benchmarking, statistical analysis, and product improvement.

International processing

Your information may be processed or stored in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries in which Global Wellbeing Group LLC or its trusted service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers where required by law.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and ongoing security monitoring.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data, and withdraw your consent. Contact: privacy@globalwellbeinggroup.com. UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); EEA residents may contact their local supervisory authority.
